The Association of African American Educators would like to invite you to take part in our upcoming Annual Educators Conference as a vendor. The primary focus of the conference is to address statewide concerns pertaining to equity and quality of education for African American students, and developing strategies that school districts/colleges can use to ensure that all African American students achieve at the highest level. The individuals participating in our conference will be our teachers, students, and their family members, as well as members of the community. Advertising in the Voice and Viewpoint, as well as through email, phone calls, websites, and school newsletters, will ensure the local community has been well informed of the event.

For your information, the event details are provided below.  

• Date of the event: Friday, March 6^th  - Saturday, March 7^th  
• Location: Marina Village Conference Center
• Suggested arrival time to set up booth: Friday (optional) at 3:30 p.m. and Saturday at 6:00a.m.
• Vendor hours: Friday begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and event ends at 4:00 p.m.
  • ​Please note that Friday vending is optional and will be located outside. Should you decide to vend on Friday, please be prepared to have lighting for your area.

• Participation fee:  $100
