2020 Educators Conference      



The Association of African American Educators in partnership with the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) invites you to join hundreds of educators, policymakers, advocates, and others to advance the quality of education in San Diego County!


The Association of African American Educators (AAAE) is dedicated to providing districts and schools with the supports leaders and educators need to nurture safe and inclusive learning environments for all students.


This conference will bring together various educators from Pre-K – 16 with sessions that focus on strengthening our systems to better respond to the linguistic, cultural, social-emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and create the conditions for them to thrive and make healthy choices.


Advocating for equity in educational opportunities and outcomes for African American Students


AAAE hosts events throughout the year to empower and enrich the community in appreciation to our African American Students.
